Alcoholic - Daiquiri Kiwi

1 kiwifruit, pared and sliced
3 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 oz rum
1 drop green food coloring (optional)
8 ice cubes, crushed
2 slices kiwifruit, for garnish


1. Combine the kiwifruit, sugar, lime juice, rum, food coloring, and ice in a blender. Process until smooth.
2. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish each serving with a slice of kiwifruit if desired.
