Dressings - Catalina

1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 dash paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon grated onion or to taste
1/2 cup vinegar
2/3 cup ketchup
1 cup vegetable oil


1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
