Rub - Steak Chili Spice

1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Mexican leaf dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
4 New York strip steaks

1. Combine the chili powder, salt, oregano, and coriander seeds. Rub evenly on the steaks.
2. Refrigerate the steaks with the rub on them for 2-3 hours.
