Pork Crock-pot - Roast Loin Of Pork Californy

3 pounds loin of pork
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
1 bay leaf


1. Brown pork roast in broiler for 15 to 30 minutes to remove any excess fat.
2. Place meat in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour over meat.
3. Cover pot and set at Low. Cook for 8-10 hours, or until pork is tender.
