Snacks - Dip Bacon-Green Onion

6 slices bacon, finely chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
potato chips or crackers


1. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
2. Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until cheese is melted (do not stir). Reduce heat to low until ready to serve. 15 minutes before serving, stir in bacon and sour cream. Let heat through.
3. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve with plain potato chips or as a spread on crackers.
