1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 tsp season salt
1. Combine dry ingredients well.
2. Add liquid and blend thoroughly. (For Onion Rings I add seasoning salt)
