Burger Seasoning

1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce


1. Combine all dry ingredient in a small bowl.
2. Per 1 pound of meat, add 1 heaping Tablespoon of dry mix, plus 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Store dry mix in a airtight container for up to 3 months.
