Sides - Corn Bread Pudding

2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package (8.5 oz) corn bread or muffin mix
1/4 tsp paprika


1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in corn bread mix just until blended.
2. Pour into a greased 3-qt. baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
3.Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
