Sauce - Dale's Mushroom

¾ lb whole fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp margarine, melted
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
¾ cup half-and-half
¼ cup dry white wine
1 tsp dale’s Seasoning
¼ tsp lemon-pepper seasoning


1. Thoroughly rinse mushrooms and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Saute mushrooms in margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until tender.
3. Remove mushrooms from saucepan, reserving drippings in pan.
4. Over low heat, add flour to drippings and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
5. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until it thickens.
6. Return mushrooms to pan; cook until heated.
