Marinade - Miller's Awesome

1 can tomato & green chiles
1⁄4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash ground nutmeg
1 dash allspice
1/3 cup Dale’s Seasoning
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash of ground red pepper


1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Use 1/2 to 3/4 of mix for marinading for 30 minutes. 3. Use the remaining mix for basting while cooking.
