Potato Cakes

2 cups mashed potatoes, seasoned, cold
1 egg, beaten
Flour
Hot oil

1. Mix together mashed potatoes and egg. Shape into patties.
2. Dip Patties into flour, and then place in a hot skillet with hot oil. Fry in oil, turning once.
