Pork - Tasty Ragout

½ lb pork loin, cubed
1 small onion, cut into wedges
1 large clove garlic, pressed
½ tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
2 Tbsp margarine
salt & pepper to taste
1 chicken bullion cube
½ cup water, boiling
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup hot cooked rice


1. In 10” skillet, sauté pork, onion, garlic and rosemary in margarine over medium-high heat until pork is brown; turn once. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Dissolve bullion in water in cup; stir into pork mixture. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20-30 minutes.
3. Add cauliflower and carrots. Cover; simmer 5-10 minutes longer or until tender crisp. Serve over rice.
