Chops - Creamy Ranch & Rice

1 ½ Tbsp vegetable oil
6 boneless pork chops, ¾ " thick
1 ½ can cream of mushroom soup
¾ soup can milk
1 ½ package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing mix
Paprika
1 ½ cups of raw long-grain rice


1. Combine the rice and half the ranch salad dressing mix. Cook as directed on rice package.
2. While the rice is cooking, heat the oil in skillet. Add the chops and cook, turning, until browned on both sides. Add soup, milk and remaining salad dressing mix and heat to a boil.
3. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with the rice.
