Pies - Streusel Topped Creamy Pumpkin

1 ¼ cups of cold milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 (4-serve size) pkg cheesecake flavored instant pudding
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (6 oz) graham cracker ready made pie crust
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1. Stir milk and pumpkin in large bowl until smooth. Add pumpkin mixes and spices. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in ½ of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
2. Refrigerate 4 hours until set.
3. Sprinkle with streusel topping just before serving.
****Streusel Topping****
Mix chopped walnuts, brown sugar and butter in small microwave bowl. Microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes or until bubbly, stirring once. Cool
