Pies - Banana Caramel Spice

1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 (6 oz) shortbread ready made pie crust
2 cups of cold milk
2 (4-serve size) packages white chocolate or vanilla flavor instant pudding
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
1 caramel dessert topping


1. Place banana slices in bottom of crust.
2. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
4. Serve with caramel topping.
