Pasta - Guilt Free Alfredo

1 can (14 ½ oz) chicken broth (1 ¾ cups)
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp each garlic powder and black pepper
1/3 cup plain yogurt
6 cups hot cooked Linguine, cooked without salt
6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley


1. In saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth.
2. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 4 tbsp cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
