½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 tbsp dry thyme
1 tbsp dry basil
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp granulated garlic
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Rub mix generously on both sides of meat.
3. Grill as normal
