Marinade - Steak II

3 Tbsp minced green onions
1½ Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp thyme or Italian seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
OR
Several drops Tabasco
½ lemon, juiced


1. Place all ingredients in a zip-lock bag; shake to mix well.
2. Add meat, turning to coat.
3. Place in refrigerator for several hours, up to 2 days.
