1 cup watermelon, cubed and frozen
Juice from ½ small lime
1 tsp sugar
1 sprig mint
1 shot light rum
2-3 tbsp seltzer
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until well-mixed into a slushy, frothy mix.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
