Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup sour cream


1. Spray the crock pot with cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Top with salsa. Cook in a crock-pot on low for 6-8 hours.
2. When ready to serve, remove chicken from pot. Place cornstarch in a small amount of water. Stir well. Stir the cornstarch mixture into salsa sauce. Stir in sour cream..
