1 can (14 ½ oz) chicken broth (1 ¾ cups)
2 medium carrots, shredded
4 cups herb seasoned stuffing
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
2 tbsp each honey and lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 lemon slices each cut in half
1. Mix broth and carrots in a saucepan. Boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
2. Spoon into greased 3-qt shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken over stuffing.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
4. Mix honey, lemon juice and parsley. Brush over chicken. Place lemon slices on chicken. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir stuffing.
