Chicken And Cheesy Vegetable Mac

1 ¼ lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 can (14 ½ oz) chicken broth
2 cups (8 oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked
¾ lb (12 oz) Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen vegetable blend (such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed


1. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
3. Add Velveeta and vegetables; stir until Velveeta is melted.
