Crockpot - Casserole

1-2 lbs package tri-tip roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom


1. Place beef in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over all. No water is needed. Cover with lid. It will make its own gravy.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3 hours.

***Note***
Serve rice or noodles to go along with this. The gravy is great on either.
