Fudge - Peanut Butter

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla


1. Butter a baking pan, size will depend on how thick you want you fudge to be.
2. Combine sugar and milk together in a sauce pan over medium heat.
3. Mix well and stir until starts to boil over medium heat to soft ball stage (234 degrees).
4. Cook a smidgen over 234 degrees in humid weather to ensure fudge sets up.
5. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well.
6. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
