¾ cup white syrup
4½ cup sugar
1 cup water
2 lbs pecans


1. Over medium heat, heat syrup and sugar in large pot until a drop in water turns into a soft ball.
2. Add water and stir mixture until syrup quits bubbling. Add pecans.
Mix well and pour onto a cookie sheet and let cool. After cooling, brake apart.
