Brownies - Mamaw Darlin's

1½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
2 cups sugar
¾ cup of oil
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
4 Tbsp cocoa. heaping
1½ cup nuts

****Icing****
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp margarine or butter
2 Tbsp cocoa
Milk, small amount

1. Bake -at- 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
