Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

½ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup sour cream


1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and 1 cup of the sugar.
2. Add the melted chocolate, the cocoa and vanilla.
3. Add some of the sour cream and sugar alternately until smooth and spreadable.
