Pies - Chocolate Cherry

1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling, divided
1 (6 oz) chocolate ready made pie crust
1 ½ cups of cold milk
2 (4-serve size) chocolate flavor instant pudding
1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed, divided


1. Spread 1 cup pie filling on bottom of crust.
2. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Gently stir in ½ of the whipped topping. Spread pudding mixture over pie filling in crust.
3. Spoon remaining whipped topping, around the edge of pie forming a 1” border. Spoon remaining pie filling over pudding mixture.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
