Chops - Southern Skillet BBQ

¼ cup reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
¼ cup barbecue sauce
1 tsp chili powder
4 boneless center cut pork chops, 3/8” thick


1. Combine first three ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate 30 minutes.
2. On medium-high heat, Heat nonstick skillet. Drain pork, place in skillet and brown on both sides.
3. Add remaining marinade, Cover pan. Simmer over medium heat 12-15 minutes.
