Non Alcoholic - Egg Nog

4 eggs, separated
½ cup sugar
2 cups cold milk
1 cup light cream
1½ tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg


1. Beat egg yolks together with ¼ cup sugar until thick. Mix in milk, cream, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Beat until frothy.
2. Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until mixture forms soft peaks then fold in egg mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
