Beef Jerky Barbecue

6 cups (Sweet Baby Ray) barbecue sauce
4 cups water
2 cups Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup liquid smoke
2-5 tsp hot sauce
5-8 lbs round steak


1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Cut meat into small strips (easier frozen) and marinade in mix for 6 or more hours.
3. Lay flat on cookie sheet and dry in oven -at- 150 degrees for 3-5 hours. Check at 3 1/2 hours for desired dryness.
