Herbed Turkey Breast

1 Large Reynolds hot foil bag
1 Tbsp flour
1 ½ tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 ½ tsp dried thyme leaves
1 ½ tsp dried tarragon leaves
5-7 lbs bone-in turkey breast
Seasoned salt and pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 450 degrees.
2. Open foil bag. Lightly spray inside of bag with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle flour inside foil bag.
3. Combine rosemary, thyme and tarragon. Rub over turkey breast. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Place turkey breast in foil bag. Double fold open end of foil bag.
4. Place foil bag in a 1” deep pan. (To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or leave bag in supporting pan) and place in oven.
5. Grill 1 to 1 ½ hours on medium-high in covered grill or bake 1 ½ to 1 ¾ hours in supporting pan in oven.
6. Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
