Ingredients

1 zucchini
cooking oil
1 12 cups okra (sliced fresh)
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
1 cup tomato (chopped)
1 tablespoon of chopped picked jalapenos
18 tsp dried basil
18 tsp dried thyme
1 dash black pepper (freshly ground)

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
Heat a nonstick skillet add cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, okra, jalapenos and onion; saute 4 minutes. Stir in tomato and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
