Kathy's Seafood Pasta

1 pound favorite pasta shape, uncooked
1 cup dry white wine
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 green bell peppers
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 jar (4 ounce size) pimientos, well-drained
8 ounces crab-meat, picked over for shells
2 ounces of diced lobster meat
6 ounces of devined shrimps
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
Sour cream
Jar Alfredo sauce
Parmesan cheese

directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Saute Lobster, Crab-meat, Shrimp, onions, garlic pimentos and green bell peppers, cook til tender. Pour the wine into a large, non-reactive saucepan. Add to saucepan over high heat. Boil until almost all wine has evaporated. There should be a small amount of moisture in the bottom of the pan.
Stir in butter or margarine and cook over medium-low heat until it melts. Add in Stir in the cream cheese and Alfredo sauce. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook slowly for five minutes. Slow add seafood mixture


Toss sauce with cooked pasta and serve immediately. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
