Noodles with Soybean Paste

For Two people

Total Time: 20 minutes

You need to prepare:

1. A cucumber

2.A tomato

3.200g fried peanuts

4.300g Pork

5.500g noodles

6.A green pepper

7.Oil, soy sauce, vegetable essence, pepper, aniseed, green onion (You can use onion instead) and ginger

Note: the amount of the ingredients especially the seasonings listed above can be appropriately used according to your personal taste.

How to cook this recipe:

I Cut the pork into small pieces.

II Cut the green onion and ginger into small pieces.

III Add oil into the wok and heat up. Add pepper and aniseed.

IV Add pork minced,ginger and green onion, and then begin to fry. Add appropriate water into the wok.

V Cut the cucumber into shreds and the tomatoes into big pieces while you are waiting for the ported meat paste is cooked in the wok.

VI Thicken the sauce over high heat when the water in the wok has nearly all evaporated, and then turn off the heat. Take the ported meat paste out of the wok.

VII Heat up the water in a clean pot. Put the noodles into the pot when the water is boiling. Turn down the heat after the water boils again. And then take the noodles out after around three minutes. Flushing the noodles with cold water one to two times.

VIII Add the prepared vegetables and ported meat paste onto the noodles. Serve and enjoy.
