Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
6 medium red potato, halved
3 medium carrot, cut 1" thick
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
salt and pepper, to taste
4 sprig fresh rosemary
3 1/2 pounds chicken
1/2 cup water


Directions
Mix potatoes, carrots, and garlic. Place in crock pot. Top with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
