Chocolate Espresso Bar

Bar cookie crust:
1 pkg of sugar cookie bag mix
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp of instant espresso
Filling:
8 oz of softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of chopped chocolate chips.
1/2 cup of peanut butter morsels.
Oven temp 350 degrees
cook time: 26 minutes.
Pan: 9x13 (cooking sprayed)
waxed paper
Mix cookie crust ingredients together.
spray a 13x9 pan. Pat the cookie mix into the pan with the wax paper. Pat until the pan is covered with the cookie crust. set aside.
Mix together cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
Gently mix in chopped choc.late chip morsels.
Pour filling on top of the uncooked cookie crust. sprinkle the peanut butter chips on top of the mix.
Place in oven and bake for 36 minutes or until the filling and cookie crust is set.
Cool completely and cut into squares.
