Crispy Coated Baked Potatoes

6 russet potatoes, peeled
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons butter, for baking dish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pat potatoes dry with paper towel. Coat each potato with softened butter. Roll each potato in bread crumbs.
Coat baking dish with extra butter. Place potatoes in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or more, depending on size of potatoes.
