G.G.'s Applesauce Cake

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
6 Tablespoons butter
2 eggs; well beaten
4 cups applesauce
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Stir dry ingredients until blended. Cut in butter, then add eggs and blend until crumbly. Press half of mixture into bottom of prepared baking dish. Spread applesauce evenly over top. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over applesauce then sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 40 minutes or unitl top is a toasted color.
