Healthier Creamy Low-Sugar Peanut Butter Pie

This is my version Bob Evan's Peanut Butter Pie recipe that has lower sugar, is creamier and healthier.

Serves/Makes: 10
Difficulty Level: 3
Ready In: 2-5 Hours

Ingredients:
1 package (1 ounce size) instant sugar-free vanilla, cheesecake or white chocolate pudding mix (I prefer the cheesecake)
2 cups cold skim milk (or what ever you prefer)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped until stiff
1 1/2 cup low-fat chunky peanut better
1 container (8 ounce size) fat-free cool whip
1 chocolate pie crust

***Garnish*** (I don't use any)
sugar-free chocolate syrup
crushed peanuts

Directions:
Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff, set aside
In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thick and creamy.
Fold in the whipped heavy cream, peanut butter and cool whip.

Pour into chocolate pie shell. Put in freezer for 1 hour until set. Remove from freeze and garnish, if desired. Cover and chill for 2 more hours. Serve
