Taco Seasoned Chickpea Snack

olive oil
low-sodium taco seasoning

Toss chickpeas in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chickpeas and toss to coat evenly. Place on sheet pan.

Bake at 400*F until crispy.
