Easy Popovers

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup 2% Milk heated to 110° - 120°
6 3/4 OZ Flour
3/4 TSP Salt
3 Large Eggs beaten

Directions:
Heat oven to 400°
Spray 6 Cup Popover Pan or Muffin Pan with vegetable spray and wipe off excess
In a large pourable container (E.G.. 8 cup measuring cup) mix Flour, Milk, Eggs, and Salt
Whisk until smooth
Fill Popover cups about 3/4 full
Place in oven and bake 40 -45 minutes until risen and light brown
