Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients:
Rub:
2 TSP Sweet Paprika
2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Coriander
1 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Ginger
1 TSP Pepper
Injection:
3 TB Real Lemon Juice
2 TB Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Mix injection ingredients well and inject into chicken
Mix rub ingredients and coat chicken with rub
Place in rotisserie for 90 minutes (we use RONCO)
"Set it and Forget it"
Chicken should be about 165° in thigh
