8 - 12 Peppers
1/2 Box Orzo (cooked as directed on box)
1 lb Browned Italian Sausage Meat
6 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 oz Provolone Shredded
28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes

Mix Orzo, Sausage, Tomatoes, and Parmesan Cheese
Place Peppers in roasting pan and stuff with mixture
Top with Provolone
Cover loosely with foil
Bake covered at 400 for 30 minutes
Remove Foil
Bake Uncovered at 450 for 20 minutes
