Rosemary, Sage and Garlic Chicken

Marinate:
Sliced 1 Chicken breast
Olive oil
Chopped sage
Salt & pepper
Chopped Basil
White Wine
Cook:
1 clove minced garlic
~3 stems rosemary minced (can vary)
~3 stems sage minced (can vary)
Olive oil
White Wine (Barefoot)
Instructions: Cut into the chicken little openings and insert minced herbs and garlic. Pour white wine in a little bit. Pour some excess marinate onto chicken.
Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Place some of chicken slices onto tinfoil covered cooking sheet. Pour some of marinate and white wine onto chicken and place remaining herbs and garlic on chicken. Cook for about 30minutes. Remember to flip over during.
Stove: Pour olive oil onto heating pan. Place rest of chicken onto pan and use a cover to keep moisture in. Cook for about 20 minutes or until done. At end of cooking add white wine into the mix to soak up the marinate. Keep covered till ready to eat.
(Add in some kind of spice if you wish)
Goes well with pasta with Basil Balsamic mix with warm olive oil and parmesan cheese.
