Big Boy Tartar Sauce Clone

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 cup dill pickle relish
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, horseradish, onion, garlic, hard-boiled eggs, cayenne, and chili sauce to a food processor. Pulse process until well mixed and almost smooth. Spoon the tartar sauce into a bowl and stir in the pickle relish. Serve immediately or cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
