Chocolate covered date balls

In a food processor pulse

2/3 cup almonds
30 dates or other dried fruit
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoons coconut oil
1/8 teaspoon salt

form into balls using about 2 teaspoon
chill at least 1 hour

dip in melted bittersweet chocolat
