Royal Decorating Icing

2 tablespoons Just Whites (dried egg white powder available in baking aisle)
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons water

Directions
In large mixer bowl, combine Just Whites, powdered sugar, and cream of tartar. Beat at low speed for 1 minute until well combined. Add water and beat for 7 to 10 minutes at high speed until very stiff.

Makes 2 1/2 to 3 cups frosting

Tips Frosting may be stored in freezer in reclosable plastic bag. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 30 minutes before using
