Thousand Island Dressing

2 cups good-quality real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet pickles
1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
1/2 cup ketchup
Juice 1 lemon


Preparation:

In a medium-size bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet pickles, black olives, ketchup, and lemon juice.

Store dressing in a covered container in your refrigerator.

Yields approximately 3 1/2 cups.
