Whisk together

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup dry buttermilk powder

Mix together

2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
slowly add and stir in gently
1 1/4 cup seltzer water

make a well in dry ingredients and slowly add wet ingredients.
Do not over mix..will have some lumps

Spray waffle iron and cook
